Description
Anti-aging the natural way! Learn from Laura Poland, Dietitian in Your Kitchen, how nutrition plays a big role in aging gracefully - boost energy, immunity and improve your skin. Cooking demonstration with samples!
Gretchen Kontul, Village Hair Company, will focus on the beauty outside and the effects of the aging process on our bodies. She will share tips and tricks on what you can do to slow the aging process and how to manage our changing appearance.
Each speaker will present for 30 minutes and there will be plenty of time to ask questions.
There will be a brief break between speakers and light refreshments will be provided.
