About our Speaker, Aaron Greene: Aaron’s passion for empowering students and families to find their personal best path through education started from navigating his own. He entered college wanting to foot the bill himself and began thinking about how we “buy” college differently. Aaron started researching majors and schools with the programs he felt would get him there. He studied their rankings, graduation rates, and average starting salaries, then negotiated scholarships and considered the total cost for him versus what he would make getting out of college. Aaron went on to graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a $40,000 surplus. So no debt, and he actually made money going to college! Empowering students and families to navigate education is his passion, rooted from his personal journey. Now, Aaron is dedicated to helping others approach higher education with financial savvy, creating brighter futures for young minds & families.
