In this free two-hour class, Delaware County residents learn how to use the Plan Finder Tool on Medicare.gov to run a personalized plan comparison. You'll walk away with everything needed to make an informed decision about the best Medicare Advantage Plan or Part D drug plan for you! What do you need to bring? Bring a list of your current medications, including the name of each prescription medication exactly as it appears on the label, the prescribed dosage or strength, and how often you take the medicine. You can ask your local pharmacy for a copy of your prescription history or use the monthly summary you receive from the mail order pharmacy of your drug plan. You'll use this information to find plans that cover your medications.
