Description

Lesley Doan is a Certified Leadership Coach/Consultant with GiANT Worldwide and the Founder of Vivid Coaching and Consulting. 
 
Her background is in education as she spent 9 years as a teacher and administrator. She was also the Executive Director at a nonprofit in Canton, OH for 4 years. She has always found herself in leadership roles where she can coach those around her to become better and grow in their skills and talents. 
 
She was introduced to GiANT in 2017 and she was hooked! She became more self-aware and a better communicator with those she was leading at home and work. In 2019 she decided to become a licensed coach and continue her journey to empower other leaders to become healthy so that they can multiply that health to those they lead. 
 
Since that time, she has been working with individuals, teams and organizations helping them improve self-awareness and communication. Specifically with teams, she helps them improve relationships, communication, alignment, execution, and capacity to maximize team performance. 
 
She works with clients 1:1, facilitate workshops, lead groups, and works with her clients to identify their goals and the steps needed to achieve them.
