Community Expo, April 27 - Sunbury BW Area Chamber Event

Community Expo and Hiring event !

Register for a table at the Expo and spend three hours networking with other businesses and interacting with local residents from the Sunbury/Big Walnut Area!

Inform them about your company or organization, tell people about your club, group or outreach program. Bring along some job applications and conduct live interviews!

You will be responsible for providing your table-top display.
NOTE:  If you have a need to bring an additional small table, chair or other furniture, please note that it must have "rubber" on the legs due to the school requirements to protect their special flooring.

Changes for 2023 -
In addition, due to the new school's requirements, you will not be seeing the same setup as in prior years, i.e., no banners, balloons or anything that would hang on the walls.  We are using the schools new cafeteria style tables with attached chairs in the main room.  In the secondary room there will be an assortment of tables and chairs for use.  Every room/area in the new school is air conditioned, so no worries of being warm/hot or needing fans, as in the past.  If you have questions or concerns, feel free to contact the Sunbury Chamber of Commerce at 740-965-2860.  Thank you!

When you register, please indicate in the comment section if you will be "hiring".

You can arrive at the school at 4:00pm for setup and check-in.

Participant Fee Structure - Table registration
Member Business fee- table registration - $100
Non-member Business fee- table registration - $150
Member Non-profit fee- table registration - $50
Non-member Non-profit fee- table registration - $75

Note for Expo Extra: once you register and pay for your table spot you will go back in and do another registration to secure your Expo Expo spot, if you choose to be frontline.

General admission for the public absolutely FREE!
In addition, DJ Meeko will be our MC for the evening.

Food concession stand will be open for this event.  It will be run by the Athletic Boosters.  They have seating in the hall across from the concession stand.  Please support and enjoy!
